Our expertise covers the period 1914 - 1945. Meet a 'serving soldier', 'war worker' or character from the past, playing acurate 'first person' roles. A 'first person' role play means that our character will interact with you, your class or visitors as if it is really 1943 or whatever selected date. Our characters give complete attention to the very last little detail - even their pocket contents are correct for their chosen period! We have played soldiers from WW1 and WW2, civilian war workers and even presented a BBC Outside Broadcast with interviews and period music selections! We can transport you back 60 years or more to actually interview and meet these living history characters from the past.

Don't confuse this approach with 'actors' or people dressed up in 'wartime style' clothes - our characters wear authentic period clothing and accessories (spectacles, watches etc etc.) Our respected historians, authors and collectors will work with you to make your event a success. Our characters use correct language, period slang and 'life stories' to really bring the individual to life - we have achieved an excellent reputation and have many testimonials.

Our track record is second to none - working with schools, top UK museums, private parties and television production companies for over ten years, we can provide the right person (or group of people) with a tailored script anywhere in the UK. Historical project work includes KEY STAGE 2 education programmes with Richard Holmes (Historian and author) and many local authorities.

Film and television productions we have worked on include 'The last of the blonde bombshells (Judi Dench)', 'When Hitler invaded Britain' (Channel 4), 'The Talking Skull' (1941 murder mystery for LWT), 'Gentleman Jim', 'Saving Private Ryan', 'SOE Occupied Europe (History Channel)', 'British Airways through the decades (advert)', 'When Britain Went Bananas (BBC)' - involvement included provision of locations, sourcing EXTRAs in period clothing, props and set dressing. Many productions included historical advice and consultancy.
